MAKING A PURCHASE:
Just browse our online store allorabd.com, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your collection, select the suitable Delivery Information, go through to the payments page and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Our Payment options include Cash on Delivery (Inside Dhaka City). For any product purchase outside of Dhaka city the payment methods will be prepaid.
Once order is placed at our online store our Customer service team will confirm product availability and upon product availability will send you a confirmation mail of an order, this is to indicate that we have received your order and will process further for delivery.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
DELIVERY:
Goods are normally dispatched within 24-72 hours of receiving an order. All orders are sent by recorded Delivery. We try to ensure most orders are delivered within 48 hours inside Dhaka city and for order placements outside of Dhaka we try to distribute within 2-4 working days.
If your item is not in stock, our customer service team will reach out to you.
RETURN POLICY:
We gladly exchange within 10 days of purchase and refund items within 3 days of purchase with an original receipt. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unused, unaltered, and must have all tickets attached.
Parcels outside of Dhaka are returned at your own cost, and we advise you obtain a certificate/Picture of posting or similar if using a courier company. Any items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, Bang Jin reserves the right to request valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or exchange. Returns are accepted within 10 days from the Shipped Date.
Refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
The “Site” will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
What qualifies as a return? Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following conditions:
Wrong product, size or color.
Damaged product.
Product lost in shipment.
Products with major quality defects.
How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original invoice slip. You can return your items through courier or our delivery man service along with the return form to our e-commerce warehouse at the following address:
